It has been 194 days since Sheboygan residents requested open records from Mayor Ryan Sorenson regarding any communications between him and Preston Kite, tied to a photo from a Sheboygan Pride event.
In that time, Sorenson has offered no response—not even an acknowledgment of the request.
Who Is Preston Kite?
Kite has pled guilty to serious charges, including:
- 4 counts of possessing child pornography
- 1 count of exposing genitals/pubic area/intimate parts to a child
- 1 count of bestiality for engaging in sexual contact with an animal
